1970 Dodge Challenger

Description

First generation Challengers were built using the Chrysler E platform it shared with the Barracuda, and these muscle cars had the Mustang and the Camaro squarely in their sights. With the 440 six-pack option pushing 390 HP, the factory console-shifted Turbo—Hydramatic cars like this one could also receive an optional “Track Pack” Dana 60 rear axle and a beefed up rear suspension, allowing the Challenger to quickly gain status on the street and the strip.
